Festival Registration

For information regarding the days schedule, rules, and regulations,
please visit the Festival Information tab.

Registration begins November 26, 2018.  

In order to receive your shirt on the day of the event, all T-shirt Orders must be placed by
February 1, 2019. T-Shirt orders will open up during festival registration.

How to Register 
for the 
2019 Festival 

All participants MUST register by 2/1/19
 (Late submissions will not be accepted).
All Fees are due by February 8, 2019

Part 1:  Online Registration Form (Click Above) - Opens November 26, 2018 

Part 2: CLICK HERE ->  Waivers (1 waiver per student, must be mailed to the below address). We must receive ALL forms and Fees by 2/8/19, forms and fees received after that date will not be accepted. 

Part 3 - Registration Fee is $15 Per Student (Make Checks Payable to Union City HS, mailed to below address.) Please see below for payment guidelines. 

Part 4 - Adjudication Music
 email version only will be accepted. Music sent after 2/8/19 will not be accepted.

Adjudicated Dances -
should not exceed 4 minutes time. Please only one submission per school.

*Parts 2,3 Must be mailed together, separate materials WILL NOT be accepted.

Registration payments are non-refundable. We can no longer accept personal checks. Cash, money orders, or certified checks only. We cannot accept purchase order unfortunately.
